MHW Simulator v3.6 — Program Setup
Number of weigh buckets on the machine. Each head weighs product independently; the computer finds the best combination.
Product Mode
Discrete: countable items (e.g. chicken fillets, sweets). Continuous: free-flowing product (e.g. crisps, powder, rice).
Item Weight
Average weight and natural variation of each individual item placed into a bucket.

How many items land in each bucket. E.g. 70% get 2 fillets, 15% get 1 or 3. Must total 100%.
Weight Limits
Target: desired pack weight. T1: max allowed underweight (legal tolerance). Hi Limit: max overweight before flagging as "over-discharge".

Machine Settings
Over-Discharge ON: if no combo fits within Hi Limit, the machine drops the closest overweight combo. OFF: the machine stops and waits — no pack is produced until an in-range combo is possible. Timeout: max cycles to wait before forcing any available combo.
