Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use Peak, the Diamond Peak coaching app at coach.diamondpeak.uk.

Last updated 1 November 2026

1. Your health

Peak is not medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any illness, injury or condition. You are responsible for making sure you are medically fit to train, and for deciding whether to do any session. Check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or another medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Stop and get medical help if you feel unwell while training. Peak's coach is an AI and can be wrong.

Injuries and pain. If you tell Peak about an injury, pain or illness, Peak only changes how much and how hard you train. Peak can't examine you, so it can't know whether a session or exercise is safe for your injury. Before you train on an injury, check with a physio or doctor, and follow their advice over Peak's. Stop any exercise that causes pain and tell your coach. You decide whether to do each session and each exercise.

2. Food, fuelling and weight

Peak's food, fuelling and weight targets are estimates for healthy adults who train. They are not advice from a dietitian or a doctor.

Peak doesn't track allergies or intolerances. Check that what you eat and drink is safe for you.

Talk to your doctor before you use Peak's food or weight features if you:

Peak won't plan weight loss to below a healthy weight for your height. If you are worried about your eating, talk to your GP, or to Beat (beateatingdisorders.org.uk, 0808 801 0677).

Fuelling plans for sessions and races (carbohydrate, fluid, sodium and caffeine) are a starting point. Try them in training before you use them in a race. Don't drink more than you need: too much fluid can be dangerous.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
