Does your AI coach actually feel smart?

Peak runs on frontier AI models, not a script with a chat box.

Peak plans your training from your own data, for whatever you're aiming at, adjusts every day, and tells you why.

Why Peak, not another AI coach.

Run, ride or swim. Or all three.

Just a runner, a cyclist or a swimmer? Peak coaches that one sport. Do several? It plans them together, with strength, from your own data.

It knows your race.

A sportive's climbs, a marathon's pacing, a triathlon's splits: give Peak the course and it works out what the day demands, including heat and the wetsuit call.

It tells you why.

Every session comes with its purpose. Want to skip one? The coach tells you what it costs, offers a shorter version, then does what you decide.

Strength that fits your training.

Guided strength sessions built around your swim, bike and run: animated exercises, sets, reps and a rest timer, and it remembers what you lifted for next time.

It does what it says.

When Peak says your calendar is updated, it is: it checks before it tells you.

Safe by rule, not by luck.

Every plan passes fixed checks before you see it: how fast your load builds, rest days, nothing hard the day before a race.

Honest about what it doesn't know.

No sleep or HRV data today? Peak says so, instead of guessing how ready you are.

How Peak compares

A plan is easy. Peak coaches you.

It reads your watch, your running form and your physio's plan, tells you why, and changes the plan with you in chat.

Questions

Which watches?
Garmin directly, and any watch or app that syncs to Intervals.icu. More coming soon.
Is it safe?
Every plan is checked by fixed rules before you see it:
  • Load builds gradually. Your weekly training can only rise so fast, and the limit is lower when your fitness is lower.
  • Rest is protected. Rest days and easy weeks stay in, and every week has a ceiling.
  • Nothing hard before a race. No hard or long session the day before any race.
  • Ill or injured? It steps back. Tell the coach and the plan eases off straight away.
  • Your physio’s plan is kept. Rehab stays exactly as your physio set it, never pushed harder automatically.
  • No guessing. Missing sleep or HRV data? Peak says so, instead of guessing how ready you are.
Peak is a coach, not a doctor. You always decide what you do.
Does Peak do strength, plyometrics and flexibility?
Yes, built around your sport, and guided set by set in the app with animated exercises:
  • Strength. Sessions target what your sport needs: calves and single-leg work for runners, squats and hinges for cyclists, a blend for triathletes, and all-round strength if you’re training to get fit.
  • Plyometrics. Jumps such as pogo hops and squat jumps come in from your build phase, after a few weeks’ lead-in if you’re new to them, and are held back while you rehab a lower-leg injury.
  • Mobility and balance. Every session starts with mobility drills and a balance exercise, with stretches where they help.
It remembers what you lifted and suggests the next step.
Does Peak help with what I eat?
Yes. Every plan includes carbs per hour for long sessions and a race-day fuelling plan. Food tracking is an optional add-on (pricing to be confirmed):
  • Fuel for the work. Your daily carbs, protein and fat are set as ranges that follow your training: more carbohydrate on big days, less on easy ones.
  • Log in seconds. Snap a photo or send a quick message, and Peak works out the numbers.
  • One coach. Your food and your training sit in the same place, so the advice fits the day you’re having.
No separate nutrition app needed.
I don’t have a race. Is it for me?
Yes. Pick ‘get fit’ or ‘stay fit’ and Peak plans around that, with no race needed.
Do I need a power meter or heart-rate strap?
No. Peak uses what your watch records. Without a power meter, it sets sessions by pace or effort.
Does it plan around my cycle?
If you choose to share it from Garmin, yes. It’s optional and private.
What happens to my data?
Never sold. Your Garmin data is never used to train AI, and is deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting. More in the privacy notice.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is to be confirmed. You’ll see the price before you’re ever charged.
Is there a phone app?
Peak runs in your phone’s browser and installs to your home screen like an app. The Android app is in review on Google Play and the iPhone app is in testing now.
Can I cancel?
Any time.
Is there a human?
Yes. Peak is run by Jamie, its founder.
